You can check the making of this photo in our Video section. This is quite a simple but unespectaded, flavour wise, dish.

The foundation of the cottage is kefir jello. Every foundation needs sand and this one was made of ginger. Then there is a base of green apple sorbet and the roof is made with green apple and marinated celery.

This dish is so loved by those who had the luck of tasting it that we decided to have a proper picture for it.

We took a long time. Unfortunately, at the time I did not have the amazing photo skills I have know.
