Coffee with a scent
In Portugal and Italy, if we want our expresso to have a little bit of grappa, we just have to ask the waiter to "put a little scent" in the cup. He knows what we mean. So we decided to transform this action into a desert. Here's the result with a flamboyant banana from Madeira Island.
