Pinapple sombrero

In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Azores Islands, there is a traditional dish where they mix pineapple and blood sausage.

In this dish, we made a meatball out of the blood sausage and deep fried it. Than we just had to make a nice sombrero to give it a shade.
