Pork Belly
We tryed a cinematic aprouch of this pork belly. The film cans you can see in the background where suposed to had a better effect. I used a old lens to give it a movie sensation.
This recipe is tastier than the picture. It's pork belly cooked at low temperature with a beetroot puré and a cocoa crumble. The spinach leaves are the final note. This is one of those dishes that when you mixed the ingredients in your mouth you understand the why they are there. The combination is perfect.
